CareerProdocs Talent Pool – Candidate Terms

Welcome to CareerProdocs Online. By creating a candidate account or joining the CareerProdocs Talent Pool, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, you should not register or submit your personal data to the Talent Pool.

1. Purpose of the Talent Pool

CareerProdocs Talent Pool is a digital candidate discovery platform that allows professionals, job seekers and workers to:

• Create a profile
• Upload CVs and supporting documents
• Show their qualifications, skills and work experience
• Be discovered by employers, recruiters and organizations
• Receive invitations or recruitment interest where applicable

2. Accuracy of Your Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current information about yourself, including:

• Your name and contact details
• Your location, education and experience
• Your CV and professional background
• Your skills, profession, work history and uploaded documents

You must not intentionally upload fake qualifications, fake references, false work history, impersonated identities or misleading employment information.

3. Candidate Profile Visibility

By joining the Talent Pool, you understand that your profile may be viewed by approved employers or recruiters using the platform. Depending on platform settings and employer access levels, employers may view some or all of the following:

• Your name and professional profile
• Your job field, target role and skills
• Your experience and education background
• Your CV or uploaded supporting documents
• Your profile photo where uploaded
• Your contact information where unlocked or made available under the platform rules

4. Candidate Privacy & Data Use

CareerProdocs Online will use your profile information for Talent Pool operations, employer discovery, candidate matching and platform improvement. By registering, you agree that your information may be stored and displayed within the platform for recruitment-related purposes.

However, CareerProdocs Online does not sell your profile as public data and does not authorize employers to misuse your information outside lawful recruitment purposes.

5. CVs, Documents & Uploaded Content

You may upload documents such as:

• CV / Resume
• Proof of experience
• Professional certificates
• Supporting documents requested by employers or relevant to your profile

You confirm that any document you upload belongs to you or that you have the right to use it for employment-related purposes.

6. No Employment Guarantee

Joining the Talent Pool does not guarantee:

• That an employer will view your profile
• That you will receive an invitation
• That you will be shortlisted
• That you will get an interview
• That you will be hired

CareerProdocs Online provides exposure and access, but final hiring decisions belong entirely to employers.

7. Employer Contact & Invitations

Employers may contact you through the Talent Pool if they believe your profile matches their needs. You are not required to accept any invitation, offer or employer communication that you do not trust or wish to pursue.

8. Candidate Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use fake identities or another person’s documents
• Upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content
• Harass employers or misuse employer contact channels
• Attempt to access restricted employer systems or other candidate accounts
• Use the platform for fraud, scams or unrelated purposes

9. Candidate Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity carried out through your account may be treated as your activity unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

10. Profile Updates

You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date. Employers may rely on the information shown in your profile when making recruitment decisions, so outdated information may reduce your visibility or affect your chances.

11. Removal or Suspension of Candidate Accounts

CareerProdocs Online may suspend, restrict or remove a candidate account if:

• The candidate profile contains false or fraudulent information
• The account is used for unlawful or abusive purposes
• The candidate violates platform safety rules
• The platform receives credible complaints of impersonation, document fraud or misconduct

12. Platform Changes

CareerProdocs Online may change Talent Pool features, candidate profile settings, employer visibility rules, dashboard tools, upload requirements or invitation systems at any time to improve the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

CareerProdocs Online is not responsible for:

• Employer hiring decisions or rejection outcomes
• Employer conduct outside the platform after contact is made
• Losses caused by inaccurate candidate-entered information
• Temporary downtime or service interruptions
• Indirect losses resulting from failure to obtain employment

14. Candidate Consent

By creating a Talent Pool account, you confirm that:

• The information you submit is yours and is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You agree to have your profile stored and displayed within the Talent Pool for recruitment purposes
• You understand that CareerProdocs Online is a connection platform, not a guaranteed job placement service
